I am Fery, and I embarked on my needle-felting journey in June 2024. Growing up in China, my parents believed that pursuing art would not lead to a sustainable career, which made them reluctant to support my creative ambitions. Consequently, I set aside my artistic interests to align with their expectations. Deep down, I always felt a strong desire to be creative, as it is an essential part of who I am. Nevertheless, my struggles with drawing or painting led me to feel inadequate as an artist, and I eventually gave up on my dream of being one.

Yet, life often presents us with unexpected opportunities that reignite long-forgotten dreams. By chance, I discovered this art form through work, and it captured my heart. It's a wonderfully therapeutic process, and it can work miracles once you find your rhythm. The girl who once couldn’t paint or draw can now convey her inner spiritual and imaginative world using wool.

I hope my art brings you warmth, tranquility, and a spark of imagination.
